We met in high school and initially knew of each other, but it wasn’t until our junior year math class that our story truly begins. What started as Jackson asking for my homework quickly turned into something much more meaningful, and not long after, he worked up the courage to ask me out. I was hesitant at first (ha-ha), but saying yes became one of the best decisions of my life. We dated throughout high school and continued our journey together through college, growing side by side even while spending four years long-distance. That time apart only deepened our connection and strengthened our love. As I graduate college this May, it feels incredibly special to look back at how far we’ve come - from a shared high school math class to choosing a lifetime together.
