A VERY special place to us! While this has been the site of many family dinners on both sides, it was most importantly the place we celebrated our engagement with our families! Hayden proposed on East Matunuck State Beach, right down the road from Matunuck Oyster Bar. We recommend the entire menu but especially the lobster pizza and the loaded bloody mary! It does book up quick so if you plan on going, we suggest booking a reservation in advance.

You can't talk about South County seafood without mentioning George's (up there with Iggy's and Aunt Carrie's) and if this will be your first time in the area, you have to check it out. Pairs well with a trip to the Point Judith Lighthouse, less than 10 minutes away.
