When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by June 1st, 2026. This helps us finalize our guest list so we can plan accordingly! If you do not RSVP by this date, we will not be able to accommodate you as we will need to give numbers to our caterer.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends! Since we are keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We would love for guests to be fully present when we say "I do"! During the Ceremony, we ask for NO phones or cameras out. We hired a professional photographer, as well as a videographer, to capture the moment for us. We promise to share the photos once we get them. As for the Reception, you are free to take photos!

Where and when will the celebrations take place?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be held at St. Patrick's Parish at 2PM. Please arrive at the church for no later than 1:45PM as it will start promptly at 2PM. The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club at 5PM. We would like everyone to be at the Medicine Hat Golf and Country Club latest by 5:45PM. But please, come enjoy yourself at our cocktail hour!

Is there parking available at both venues?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at both venues. Overnight parking is available at the Medicine at Golf and Country Club. Their locked gates open back up at 6:30AM Sunday, July 26th to retrieve your vehicles.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in your best semi-formal or formal attire. We ask for no white or pink dresses and no white suits. Please check out the "Attire" tab on our website for inspiration!

How much are drinks?

Answer

We will be doing a $5.00 bar. Please bring some crisp $5.00 bills or a debit/credit card! Premium liquors not included.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Sort of. If you would like to contribute a gift, we kindly prefer monetary gifts through our Wishing Well! However, we will have a small gift table at our Reception you are more than welcome to bring small gifts to. Whatever you choose, your kindness and generosity means the world to us.

I need a hotel. Where can I stay?

Answer

We have held rooms at the Towneplace Suites by Marriot on Medicine Hat for $169.00CAD per night. Rooms at that rate will be held until June 24th, 2026. Please visit the "Travel" tab on our website to book your room(s)!

What is the weather like in Medicine Hat?

Answer

HOT! July temperatures can often range between 25-35 degrees Celsius. Thankfully, our Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors. Please dress weather appropriate, for your own sake!

What if I can no longer attend even though I RSVPed?

Answer

We understand that life can get crazy and unexpected! Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so we can adjust our planning accordingly.
