**Rooms need to be booked by 9/17 to receive special rate** For the convenience of all guests, we have a block of rooms available at the Courtyard Marriott in North Phoenix at a discounted rate. The rooms are available to be booked at the special rate from October 14th through October 20th, if you plan to come into town early and/or stay through the weekend. Shuttle

A shuttle is available to transport you to and from the venue. The shuttle is scheduled to pick everyone up from the hotel at approximately 3:30pm for venue arrival at 4:30pm. Please plan accordingly as hotel check-in is at 3:00pm, but if rooms are available early they will allow early check-in at no additional cost. To return back to the hotel in the evening, the shuttle will run for two hours which will allow for an early return ride as well as a reception end return ride. We can't wait to party with all of you, we only ask that it's done safely!
