What time is hotel check in?

Answer

Check in is at 4 o’clock, guests may check in when returning to the Sea View after the reception. When arriving at the Sea View, self parking is free. Valet parking is $18. For anyone checking in later than midnight please just let the front desk at the Sea View know. Thank you!

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be available for guests staying the night at the Sea View. Pickup begins in front of the Sea View at 2:30. When arriving at Blue Heron Pines for the ceremony, you may wait in the tavern/bar area. Groomsmen will then begin showing guests to their seats. Shuttles will be available to bring guests back to the hotel after the reception as well.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception inside or outside?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will take place at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. Ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
