Things To Do

There are multiple places to explore and do in the CT/NY area! Definitely take the time to explore and enjoy yourself. For those who are new to the area, Adam and I have a couple suggestions of where to go.

Tarrywile hiking trails

70 Southern Blvd, Danbury, CT 06810

Our venue for the wedding has some lovely hiking trails to explore. If you love the outdoors and want a nearby place to explore, we definitely recommend taking a look around!

Seth Low Pierrepont State Park

50 Barlow Mountain Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06877

Adam and Molly have enjoyed these trails on their downtime, as it is closeby to Molly's parent's house. If you're looking for some nice trails in the woods, we definitely suggest taking the time to check it out!

House of Yoshida

25 Grassy Plain St, Bethel, CT 06801

If you're looking for a great place to get sushi and seafood, look no further. One of Molly's personal favorites, this restaurant specializes in sushi and Japanese cuisine. If you're looking for something different, take the time to stop by!

Hoodoo Brown BBQ

967 Ethan Allen Highway, Ridgefield, CT 06877

A crowd favorite for everyone who lives nearby, this barbeque restaurant is a great place to sample amazing smoked meats and mouthwatering Southern comfort foods. From their blackened chicken to their brisket poutine, it's definitely a place Adam and Molly recommend trying!

Keeler Tavern Museum

132 Main St, Ridgefield, CT 06877

For those who are looking for something nearby, we suggest Keeler Tavern Museum! Come and learn about American colonial times and the Battle of Ridgefield. This is a great place for all ages to enjoy learning a piece of the local history!

New York City

For those who are new to the area, Adam and I definitely suggest taking a day or two to explore NYC! From the MoMA to Carnegie Hall, from Central Park to Times Square, there is always something to do and explore! You can get to where you're going by car, train, and bus. Absolutely a must-see for people's first time in this area or first time to America!

For all the days along the way
