The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.  Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.”

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The Ceremony will be outdoors The Reception Hall will be covered but is open to the outside as well

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. We will also be live streaming the wedding on our Facebook group. Please message the Bride or Groom for the link!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we have a hotel group block at Beach Cove Resort. The group rate information and instructions will be emailed to you!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Wine, Beer, Mead, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served. We are still planning the food but we believe it will be buffet style if not we will provide food selections with the R.S.V.P.s

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HawesCaldwellWedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Also, please post them to our Private Facebook group if that makes you feel more comfortable! Message the Bride or Groom from instructions

 May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes! but we ask that you please clear it with a Member of the Wedding Party first! Some decorations will be marked as ones we want for sentimental reasons and we appreciate your understanding as most of these will be hand made or custom ordered
