Question

Matchmakers in The Pews

Answer

It all started with two older sisters who clearly knew what they were doing… Despite living 1,200 miles apart, we met thanks to a little sibling matchmaking (and maybe a dash of fate). Ryan was a Wyoming local and Havi was just in town for the week, visiting her sister—no big plans, just some family time and a Sunday service. What they didn’t expect was to meet someone who would change their lives. What began with a simple introduction grew a connection that was undeniable. The next month, when Havi was visiting again, a joint family hike and a few messages turned into hours of conversation, and the realization that love doesn’t care much about distance or age—it just knows when it’s right.

Question

Distance Makes the Heart... Confused?

Answer

Plot twist! We were young, a little unsure, and separated by 1,200 miles, life pulled us in different directions. As much as we cared for each other, the timing—and the distance—just didn’t work. So we did the hard thing: we broke up. But some connections don’t just fade. Over the next three years, we stayed in each other’s lives as friends—texting once in a while, checking in, always cheering each other on from afar and quietly holding onto something we never quite let go of. What we didn’t say (but always felt) was that the love never really left. Sometimes love just needs time—and a second chance.

Question

The Sequel No One Saw Coming

Answer

After three years of texts, check-ins, and suppressed feelings that just wouldn’t quit, we finally saw each other in person again in the spring of 2024. And just like that, it felt like no time had passed. The chemistry, the comfort, the love, it was all still there—just as strong, just as real. But life has its own timing, and we weren’t quite there yet. So, instead of diving back in, we took our time. We spent the next year getting to know each other again—this time as older, wiser versions of ourselves. We talked, we visited, we reconnected deeply and honestly. It wasn’t a grand gesture or a big movie moment. It was better. It was real. It was slow, steady, and full of real conversations, rediscovery, and the kind of love that grows deeper when it’s given space to breathe. And the kind of love that only grows stronger when it’s given time and space to bloom again.

Question

About Time, Right?

Answer

About six months ago, we started getting more serious about building a life together—and it felt different this time. Everything started to fall into place. We began seriously talking about our future—what we wanted, where we were going, and how we couldn’t imagine doing any of it without each other. After all the hard conversations, the visits, the waiting, and the growth, one thing remained crystal clear: it’s always been us. We’ve taken our time, and that’s what makes this so special. There were no rushed decisions or doubts clouding our path—just a deep, steady knowing that this is right. We’ve done the work. And more than anything, we’ve grown into a love that feels completely right. We’ve learned from the past, grown individually, and come back to each other stronger than ever. It’s always been us—through every conversation, every visit, every moment apart and every moment together. That undeniable bond has carried us through, and now, as we prepare to say “I do,” we’re certain this is exactly where we’re meant to be. Our journey hasn’t been the easiest or the fastest, but it’s ours—and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Our story—from that unexpected church meeting, through years of distance and friendship, to this moment of commitment—has shaped us into the couple we are today. It’s been a story of patience, growth, and unwavering love. And now, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter together. Because after everything, it’s always been us.

Question

A Thank You to Those We Love

We feel so lucky to be surrounded by love — not just from each other, but from the incredible families who have shaped who we are. To our parents, siblings, grandparents, extended family, and friends: thank you for your endless support, guidance, and love throughout our lives. Your examples have taught us what love, commitment, and resilience truly mean. You’ve celebrated our highs, supported us through challenges, and encouraged us to grow — both individually and as a couple. As we begin this next chapter, we carry your wisdom and warmth with us. We are forever grateful to stand on the foundation you’ve built, and to share this joyful moment with all of you. We truly could not be here without the undying love and support from those who surround us.
