We first met through a penpal exchange in March 2022 and instantly clicked over long talks, shared values, and old country music. After months of talking every day, we started dating in January 2023. That summer, Braden completely surprised Isabella by flying in the night before her graduation party. Meeting in person for the first time was something we’ll never forget. We spent the next year long distance between Texas and Ohio, writing letters, sending care packages, and counting down to every visit.
