Seating begins at 5:30pm and the venue doors will close at 5:50pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm.
Dress to impress! Wear something that makes you feel like a million bucks :) The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoor/outdoor, so you may want a light jacket.
The ceremony will take place outdoors on a lovely patio surrounded by greenery and twinkle lights. The reception, dinner, and dancing will be inside just off the patio.
Vegas is usually warm in October while the sun is out. The ceremony will be fully outdoors, so it may be a little bit warm if there is full sun or a bit chilly if it is overcast or windy. When the sun sets it may be cold outside, but the reception will be held in an indoor space.
The wedding party will arrive early on the 19th to begin getting ready. Final details and set up will be done by 4pm, the wedding party will begin taking photos at 4:15pm, and guests will begin to arrive to be seated at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm. After the ceremony (30 minutes) the wedding party will take photos with immediate family while the guests enjoy cocktail hour. The wedding party will rejoin the guests at 7:30pm for dinner, dancing, and celebration until 10:30pm.
Uber or Lyft are both very popular in Vegas. If you will be staying the weekend, I would recommend a rental car so that you can explore the city!

Due to limited seating, we have reserved a specific amount of seats for each party. Please refer to the RSVP card in your invitation to see your reserved seats.
During cocktail hour, the bar will be available and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Dinner will be served buffet style taco bar. We will be serving cake during the reception for dessert.
We ask that the ceremony be "unplugged" so that everyone that is seated has a clear view and the photographer can capture those special moments!

There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony from 6:30pm to 7:30pm while the wedding party takes photos. Guests can grab a drink from the bar, munch on some snacks, and enjoy live mariachi. The reception will take place starting at 7:30pm.
We will start off with the Bride & Groom's first dance, next will be dinner, and then the party! We will be doing a money dance, anniversary dance, veil dance, bouquet toss, cake cutting, and lots more!
