George Bush Intercontinental AKA Intercontinental or IAH Only a little bit further, IAH is very big and has flights with cheaper airlines.
Travel Note
We do have plenty of family around. If you would like to skip the extra costs of traveling, don't hesitate to ask for rides or sleepovers. We don't mind and can figure something out.
House Or Rental
Very close to us, this airbnb would be good for a bigger group, or sharing with the other out of town guest.
Hotel
Simple Hotel in Alvin, TX. Alvin is a quiet town and a very easy drive to Santa Fe, where we will be.

Basic Hotel right off of I-45, the freeway in our area. Middle point between Santa Fe, and the Houston area airports.
Rental Car
There is not a lot of public transportation outside deep Houston. A rental is recommended. The airport has many available.
