Ethan and Maddie met in 8th period chemistry class during sophomore year of high school in Bryan, TX. One day after hanging out in class during their free time, Maddie, who was annoyed Ethan didn't notice any of her hints that she liked him, tossed her phone across a lab table in his direction saying "put your number in my phone". Charming, right? He laughed and did just that. They soon realized that it was very easy to talk to each other about nothing and everything at the same time. After two months of talking and hanging out, Ethan told Maddie that he liked her and the rest is history! They officially started dating on May 25, 2018 just before their 16th birthdays (they’re only 7 days apart). Their favorite past times are listening to music, watching videos on YouTube, and going to see concerts. They became best friends and do almost everything together. It's very rare to see one without the other. They together parent three cats who are almost just as crazy as they are. Cookie, Lucy, and Lily (see photo gallery for a couple of pictures). After being together for over 5 years, Ethan asked Maddie to marry him on September 25, 2023 at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library in College Station, TX and she said yes! By the time their wedding rolls around, they will have been together for 7 years and 5 months exactly, and they couldn't be more excited to celebrate that relationship with all of their loved ones.
