What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Beach Formal Women: A dress, pant suit, formal romper, or jumpsuit all work for a semi-formal or cocktail affair. Dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear options. Men: In general, lighter colors and/or prints are recommended. Examples: button up shirt, and dress pants. A jacket isn’t required, but a sport coat or blazer can be included. Deck shoe, dress shoes, or loafers. Avoid denim, shorts, swim shorts, flip-flops, and cotton T-shirts.

Are there any planned activities or excursions?

Answer

Yes, we are planning on having a pre-wedding dinner celebration on Thursday, February 6th 2025 as well as a post-wedding boat ride on Saturday, February 8th 2025.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Please do NOT use a taxi. The resort does not have shuttles. Destify has the ability to help with booking a shuttle if you booked through Destify. If you need a shuttle , we recommend: USA Transfers https://book.usa-transfers.com/M3Hf The base price for a round trip for a private shuttle is 115 and it holds 4-7 people. Payment is due upon arrival and can be done in cash (USD), paid over the phone when you get to the shuttle (providing cc info over the phone), or you can request a secure link to pay beforehand. You can cancel up to 5 PM the day before.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Booking a room through the link: https://haupintocancun.destify.com/ will allow you to reserve a room for a deposit of 150 dollars. It is highly recommended that guests book a room as soon as possible to avoid an increase in cost as the wedding date approaches. Guests will have up to 65 days before the wedding to pay the remainder of the deposit owed for their booking.

Room prices & Sharing rooms

Answer

Room prices include the cost of food and drinks during your stay as the resort is all inclusive. When looking at rooms we found it is most economical to have 2 people at most in a room. When booking your room you can request adjacent rooms for parties larger than 2.

The resort offers different rates to different vendors. Destify offers price-matching via certain websites, including the resort's website. Can we stay at an alternate hotel or location?

Answer

Please reach out to us if you're thinking about staying at an alternate location. The resort's policy states that 90% of our guests must stay at the resort and we would appreciate your understanding. Guests staying outside the resort will require a guest pass for an additional fee.
