WHAT TYPE OF ROOM SHOULD I STAY IN?

Answer

Whatever room works best for your travel group! The bride and groom will be staying on the family friendly side of the resort. There is an adult only side called the Hideaway where you can stay too!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

Yes! You must have a passport book. A passport card or enhanced license will not work. Please see the US Department of State site to ensure you are compliant. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT?

Answer

Yes! Discounts depend on the price of your package. Ask Caitlin for more details.

MAY I STAY IN A DIFFERENT RESORT?

Answer

Yes you may, however you will need to talk to Caitlin and ensure you have a day pass to enter our resort for the day of the wedding. There is a fee associated with a day pass.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

The Bride and Groom will be arriving on Friday, June 13, 2025 to coordinate some details before guest arrival. You can plan your vacation as best as it fits your party. Stay as long or as short as you would like.

WHAT IS INCLUDED AT THIS RESORT?

Answer

Unlimited reservation-free dining, international and local liquors Royalton Fit: a modern fitness center with instructor-led classes Daily entertainment and nightly shows Water sports Supervised programming for children and teens Splash park for children (family-friendly side of resort) The Royal Spa ($) with hydrotherapy

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

We love your kids, but please understand that our ceremony is limited to those 14 years and older. This is due to limited space at our venue. If you choose to bring your children, they will not be able to attend the ceremony or reception.

WHEN ARE RSVP'S DUE?

Answer

After you have decided to join us and booked your travel, we need to know if you are attending no later than April 10, 2025.

GIFTS?

Answer

Your presence in Jamaica is a gift in itself! If you wish to give the couple a gift, please send directly to our home or bring it to the "After the Knot is Tied" reception back home, as we do not want you to lose that valuable space in your luggage.

WHAT TO PACK?

Answer

A insulated cup is great to keep your drinks cold and refill at any bar! Sunday night the beach hosts an “all white party”, so pack white attire if that interests your group.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

On our “schedule” page, you will find our color palette that we request our guests to wear on our Wedding Day!

*After the Knot is Tied- Where to Stay?

Answer

We have rooms blocked at the Woodfield Inn for August 1-2. If you choose to stay there, the reservation is under “Haugen/Wilcott Wedding”.
