We're getting married!

We met while serving in youth group at South Valley. Rylie had heard about Jacob before moving back to Morgan Hill from her sister, Sydney. Sydney had been serving in youth group with Jacob and thought he would be a great match for Rylie. However, Rylie was not convinced. Once Stan got involved, though, it was all over! There were many awkward comments and attempts to get us together. Finally, we went on our first date at Sprig Lake. We went for a multi hour hike and after the date Rylie thought she wouldn't be getting asked on a second date and Jacob was telling his grandma how he found the woman he was going to marry. After a couple of dates, Rylie was still not convinced it would work out and friend zoned Jacob. In subsequent conversations, Rylie was finally convinced by Jacob to continue getting to know each other. Here we are, nearly two years later and the rest is history. We are so thankful for this time we have had together and the Lord's provision in our relationship. We are also thankful for all the people who have poured into us along the way.
