Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Each invite will specify if you have been allotted a plus one. We are unable to accommodate any person not on our guest list. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children/young adults invited?

Answer

While we adore everyone of all ages, unfortunately anyone under the age of 21 at the time of our wedding will not be allowed entry. We appreciate your understanding.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

We kindly ask you refrain from smoking at our wedding venue as the venue has a no smoking policy listed in the contract. Smoking is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block available at the TownPlace Suites Naples hotel. Please see our travel tab for more information.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

Answer

Any outside food or drink is prohibited. Our reception will have an open bar and dinner will be provided to meet all appetites and cravings. The on-site chef can accommodate any dietary needs, please specify these in the RSVP.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a honeymoon fund on ZOLA and we have a gift registry through Amazon. Both of these can be found under our registry tab or by going to either website and searching our names.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are two options to RSVP. We will offer an online RSVP system through this website or please return your RSVP via postal mail. Please ensure you have RSVP'd by November 13th, 2025.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be complimentary transportation from the hotel for hotel guests. For any guests commuting, there is ample complimentary parking available at the venue. At the gate please state you are here for the MacCallum wedding and state your name.

Is there a dresscode?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire - Cocktail dresses, spruced up jumpsuits, sports coats, slacks, little black dresses...these are some options for our wedding. We kindly ask you refrain from wearing white dresses or similar.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please identify any dietary restrictions you may have under the option on the RSVP. The chef at our venue will gladly create a dish to meet your needs. If you have further concerns, please reach out to Emily directly.

Question

Will the venue be inside or outside?

Answer

The short answer...both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. There will be a water station set up to the side of the ceremony space. Space heaters are available if warranted during cocktail hour on the terrace.
