When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Please come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us! Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. October weather in Ontario can vary from summer heat to chilly frost, so please check the weather to ensure your comfort.

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for the names of those who have been invited.

Where should I stay?

Please see the travel page for a few suggestions. We encourage guests to look for accommodations in Port Elgin, Southampton, and Walkerton.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:15 PM. Doors will open at 3:00, and the ceremony will start at 3:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at both the church and reception hall. Please consider carpooling with your family or other guests. Note that the ceremony is ~3 min drive from the reception.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Our reception will be catered by Harley's in Mildmay. Dinner will consist of a chicken and beef option, with salads, seasonal vegetables, and potatoes. Dessert will be an assortment of seasonal treats! If you have any allergies or concerns, please let us know as soon as possible!

Yes! Alcohol will be available for purchase. There will be an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages provided.
