What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Please feel free to arrive anywhere between 2:30-3:00pm to pick your seat and enjoy some lovely prelude music played by the harpist and cellist we've booked for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Dress code is black-tie optional. Think smart casual to semi-formal. Also note that the ceremony will be held in a grassy park which means the ground will be soft (so we recommend thinking twice about stilettos!). Keep in mind too that we'll be by the beach, so it could be windy. There will be no shade structure above the seating area, so we recommend bringing a hat and sunglasses.

Are kids welcome?

No. This will be an adults only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the marina near the wedding ceremony location. There is also parking near the reception venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, the Pacific Inn where we've reserved a room block (see our Accommodations page) can provide transportation to the wedding ceremony site. There is also parking available near the ceremony site, for those driving/carpooling. Transportation from the ceremony to the reception venue will involve carpooling.
