Question
Where do I park?
Answer
Please park in the guest parking lot near the front entrance of the venue, across the street from the Kohl Mansion.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the evening. We ask that you arrive early to find parking and are seated prior to the start of the ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed. Don’t be late!

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire. We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Have fun with color, pattern, and texture! Dress to impress and have fun with it! Ladies: Floor-length dresses. Gents: Suits with a dress shirt and a tie. No jeans, shorts, or mini/cocktail/knee-length dresses please. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any shade of white.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before August 1st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

I already RSVP’d on the Save the Date. Do I need to RSVP again?
Answer
Yes, please do! The Save the Date RSVP was for us to get an idea of the guest count. The formal RSVP allows for individual RSVPs and will give us a final headcount. Plus, it has questions regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Sadly, we are unable to accommodate guests who are not listed on your invitation - including children. Due to restrictions from the venue requiring us to provide professional childcare, we are only able to extend an invitation to children who are in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you are still able to join us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your guest is listed on your invitation, then yes! Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We are unable to accommodate guests who are not formally invited on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding of our venue's capacity restrictions.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the The DoubleTree by Hilton - SFO Airport. Visit the "Travel" tab for more information. Our wedding weekend is Labor Day weekend, so we highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay.

Can I take photos on a phone or camera?
Answer
We have hired a photographer to capture our special day and we will be having a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using all electronics until cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Please drink responsibly :) To avoid added fines and possible removal of guests from the venue by security, we ask that guests drink responsibly and refrain from bringing in their own alcohol.

What if I am unable to attend?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
