Do we need to bring cash for anything?
Answer
YES! There will be some free drinks, but there is a cash bar. Make sure to plan accordingly.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress code is semi-formal, cocktail attire. Please note, we will be in grass so choose your shoes accordingly. Also, it could get chilly as the evening goes on.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
Yes! All of the days events will be outdoors. Ceremony & cocktail hour will be on the lawn, weather permitting. Reception will be under an event tent.

Can I bring a date?

You will receive a formal invitation before the wedding with information on how many seats are reserved in your name.

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Absolutely! We ask you enjoy cocktail hour drinks and Hors d'oeuvers. Dinner and drinks will continue into the reception. There will be a cash bar!

When should I arrive?
Answer
We suggest you arrive approximately 30 minutes before to allow plenty of time for parking and getting to your seat.

When are RSVP's due?
Answer
To give our vendors final guest count, we ask RSVP's are completed by September 1, 2020. You can easily RSVP here through the website. Please let us know if you have any questions!
Question
Can I take & share pictures/videos at your wedding?
Answer
We ask you please keep ALL cell phones and cameras turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photo and video team to capture all these moments for us and we promise to share them with you! However, during cocktail hour and reception, you make take all the photos you'd like, as long as you do not interfere with our photo/video teams. Please remember to share your photos using our hashtag #hitchingahatfield so we can find all of your photos after the wedding!
