Are you requiring guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or wear masks?

Answer

We are absolutely not requiring our guests to be fully vaccinated or wear masks. We also completely understand if you are not comfortable attending our wedding because of this! Please do what you are happy with.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to see your kids run and play, this is an adults only day. Please leave the kids at home and enjoy a night out. Those 16+ are welcomed. Please contact us with any comments or concerns.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal so please wear your Sunday best!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Although we would enjoy having anybody experience our love, please check with us first. We are only allowed to have so many guests at the venue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

There is no doubt it will be HOT! Do not fret! There will be plenty of water and there is air conditioning.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both of the barns are wheelchair accessible.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so photos should not be taken during the ceremony and phones should be put away. We want to see your lovely faces! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels from after the ceremony, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HassiEverAfter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! Your presence on our day is more than enough. Please do not feel obligated to get us a gift, however, if you feel inclined to, you can find our registry links on our registry tab.

Is there a parking lot?

Answer

Yes! There will be PLENTY of parking for our guests.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we are having an open bar. Please plan accordingly to make sure that you get to your next destination safely.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We will go immediately to the cocktail hour hosted on site for small bites and drinks.

What time should we arrive?

Anytime between 3:30 and 3:55pm.

When should I RSVP by?

June 1st.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

We’ll be having a buffet with stuffed chicken breast, pulled pork sandwiches, salads and more.

Are there any other things that I should be aware of?

Answer

yes! A member of our immediate family is allergic to patchouli so PLEASE do not bring that in any kind into our space. The last thing that we need is a preventable emergency on our special day.
