We met at the beginning of my freshman year of high school. He was a junior at the time, and neither of us had a clue who the other was. Of course, to make it even cheesier, we specifically met in band. It was during a football game, right before the half time show. We won't go into specifics, but he overheard me talking to one of my friends, decided to join in, and the rest is history!

On our 8th anniversary, he had it all planned out. We would spend the day doing typical fall things, like going to an apple orchard and picking out pumpkins. I was getting a little suspicious because he kept saying we needed to stop somewhere before dinner. Later in the evening, we headed out and drove up to a spot on Grandview Drive. You already know the rest of the story because here we are! He asked and I said "of course!"

Not many of you know since we never officially sent out our Save the Dates, but our first Wedding date was this past October. I'm sure you can all guess why we chose to postpone, and hopefully we made that decision for the better! Instead, we decided to take our own trip to Florida in hopes that we wouldn't be too bummed out that we had to wait another 7 months. We can't wait to spend this night with all of you. See you soon!
