When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 4, 2022.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 2:30pm and ushers will be ready to seat you before the ceremony begins at 3:00pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes- The most convenient parking at Cathedral Guadalupe is located at Hall Arts Garage, entrances are located on Pearl Street and Crockett Street and offer a daily ticket. The Warwick Melrose Hotel has valet parking that can be either added to your booking or charged for just the event. The entrance is located on Cedar Springs Road.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

If you wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution to our first home down payment would be warmly appreciated! If you would prefer a physical gift, we have also provided two limited registries. These are located on the "Registry" tab of our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a strict dress code, but formal attire would be appreciated. To note: please prepare for chilly weather!

What to do if I call to make a reservation and the wedding block is full?

Answer

Please email our wedding website at haskinmanhirewedding@gmail.com to inform us if there is not an announcement already stated that more rooms are being added!

Is there an additional occupancy fee at the hotel?

Answer

No- This fee has been waived because we have already booked out all of the Warwick's double rooms. Simply let them know that you will have additional occupants and they will advise you on the best way they can accommodate that with the available rooms!

Are masks required at the hotel or at any of the events?

Answer

We have been informed that masks are recommended but not required at the hotel. As well, masks will not be required at any of the weekend's events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes- Please send us an email at haskinmanhirewedding@gmail.com so that we can make accommodations for you. We have already arranged food options for gluten and shellfish allergies.
