If you're coming from Chicago, Amtrak trains depart from Union Station and arrive in downtown Champaign (right next door to Urbana) in around 2.5 hours.
Flight
Willard Airport, Champaign
It's possible to fly American Airlines directly into Champaign-Urbana at Willard Airport, although if you're coming from out of state there will likely be a layover in a nearby major city (Chicago, St. Louis, Indy, etc.).
