Hotel
We have a wedding block for $330 per night double occupancy for a suite. It's good for sharing if you like-- the bedroom door closes off to the living room that has a pullout couch that can sleep two. Just make sure you specify the suite style room. If you tell them more than two people will be staying, they will charge you $15 more per person. One free parking pass per room. Hotels fill up months in advance, so we suggest you book your room early to get the best price. Pros: It's right on the boardwalk, the rooms are spacious, it's a really nice hotel, you can sit at the pool facing the beach and order frozen drinks, you can walk to the wedding venue, it's right in the "center of it all," you get a free parking pass, so you don't have to pay to park to go to the beach and hang out in the center of Rehoboth. Cons: It's pricey because of the location, we only have 10 rooms guaranteed, then it's first come first served, and it fills up in advance, like most good Rehoboth hotels

If prices increase, use the deal below.* Rita is a friendly manager who will give you a discount if you mention us. Rooms start at about $210 per night Fri/Sat, and $150 per night Sun-Thu. It is a great motel if you want to be on Rehoboth Ave. If you call in the winter, leave a message and they will call you back. They will be closed but will check messages periodically. Pros: It's a 0.6 mile walk to the beach (may sound far, but sometimes the closest parking spot you can find is further, so this is pretty good), it's next to Dogfish Head Pub, you get a free parking pass, so you don't have to pay to park go to the beach and hang out in the center of Rehoboth, they recently updated their rooms including new furniture. Cons: Although we get a discount, we don't have rooms saved for us and it is first come first served, so book early (winter) if you want it!

A note from the hotel: “During the winter months, guests should reserve via our website using the "contact us" tab. The rates are $254.00 Friday/Saturday, $212.00 Sunday/Monday. Plus 8% tax. One night stays are permitted. Once we reopen in April, guests are encouraged to call the hotel directly at 302 227 2551. No credit card is required to reserve. Thanks!”
House Or Rental
Usually require a few nights minimum stay. Houses fill up early in the year, especially the ones that don't require a full week stay. Book early. Tips: -Most rentals close to the beach are one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday. I found an owner who said they'd make an exception, and maybe you can too. Write a few people who have houses you're interested in and ask. -Prices may not be accurate for next year, even though you put in your exact dates. Most owners we've written have said their prices are going up for next year, and they haven't changed them online yet. -Owners are more likely to waive the one-week-minimum if you arrive on Saturday.
Travel Note
If you stay anywhere within 4 or 5 miles of the venue, you can get an Uber/Lyft to and from. If you Uber/Lyft to the site, you won't have to search for a parking spot. Parking is $2 per hour. Henlopen Hotel rooms need a lot of updating in our opinion, which is why it's not in our top recommended hotels, but it is the hotel the wedding is at if you're into convenience.
Travel Note
Parking in downtown Rehoboth (where the ceremony/reception is) is $2/hr. If you like, download the free app ParkMobile and create an account to save time paying at the meter. Sometimes (ok, a lot of the time) finding a parking spot takes patience and a walk to your destination after you park. Leave time to account for parking. Don't let your meter run out! They ticket you seconds after your meter expires. Parking is $2/hr in downtown Rehoboth.
Flight
The closest airports to Rehoboth are Philidelphia (PHL), Baltimore (BWI) and Wilmington (ILG- very limited flights here). They are all about two hours from Rehoboth, more or less.
Travel Note
Carpooling is best. Best Bus will take you from Penn Station to Rehoboth on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, but there are no busses back during the weekdays after the wedding. If you take a bus, you will probably have to carpool home. Don't trust the arrival times listed on the bus schedule- beach traffic is unpredictable.
Travel Note
Let's say you share a hotel room near Rehoboth Ave (beach area) with another person, but you drive separately. You will (almost surely) only be able to park one car at the hotel. You may want to consider picking up a daily/ weekend parking permit in town. We highly recommend this, as you will be ticketed seconds after your meter runs out, and this way you don't have to worry about it! See link for purchase locations.
