When should I RSVP by?

Are COVID vaccinations required?

Answer

Yes, per our venue guidelines and in order to keep all of our loved ones safe all attendees must be fully vaccinated.

Will I be required to show proof of vaccination?

Answer

Per Mono County and our venue guidelines, vaccinations are required for all. Please have your proof of vaccination readily available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Mammoth runs on its own weather pattern. During the days weather can be in the 80s but at night temperatures can drop in the 30s. We recommend bringing a jacket for all afternoon/evening activities.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors; however, the reception will be fully covered with additional heaters and blankets provided.
