Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi formal. For ladies dresses, skirts, or pants and a blouse are kindly requested, and for gentlemen jeans or slacks with a button down or collared shirt. Please no shorts.

When should I RSVP by?

Please rsvp with your acceptance or decline of Hunter and Madison’s wedding invitation by July 31, 2025.

Answer

Your prayers and encouragement are the most beautiful gift, but If you would like to give a gift items can be found to choose from on the registry tab of this website, or by going to Zola.com and searching for Hunter and Madison Hartwick.

Yes! We love kids!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have three hotels we recommend. See the travel page for details. Local airbnbs are an option as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Plenty of parking is available on site a short walk from the party. Those with limited mobility or the elderly will be offered the option of a golf cart ride from their vehicle to the ceremony site.
