We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 4th.
We kindly request that our guests wear cocktail attire. Think semi-formal dresses (midi to floor length), suits, or elevated separates. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the pavilion and patio—heaters will be provided, but we recommend bringing a stylish coat or wrap for added warmth. Bridesmaids will be in navy, and we kindly ask gentlemen to wear suits. Thank you for dressing to celebrate with us in style!
Our ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30pm. We ask that everyone arrives at least fifteen minutes early to ensure you have enough time for parking and finding a seat.
As much as we cherish your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If your children are invited, their names will be listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding, and we hope you enjoy a wonderful evening celebrating with us.
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.
Yes! The venue has a parking lot right out front. If you plan to leave your car at the venue overnight, it must be picked up by 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 9. We kindly ask that you park farther from the entrance, as there is another wedding the day after ours.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside on the pavilion and patio. While heaters will be available, we recommend bringing a jacket to stay warm. The reception will be held indoors.
If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by October 4th.
A shuttle will be provided from the Wyndham Hotel to Hazelwood, with return service to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception. We kindly ask that you indicate your interest in using the shuttle service when you RSVP.
