We have a room block for 9/19 and 9/20. If you would like the block price for any additional nights, you can book 9/19 and 9/20 online and then you will need to call them at 707-573-9000 to book any additional nights at the block rate. Due to the time of year, we recommend booking rooms as soon as possible. Please notify us if full and we can see if we can get additional rooms. The sales manager's name is Julia Stark.

There's no shortage of Airbnbs, hotels and inns in Sonoma County, so please feel free to stay wherever you'd be most comfortable. There is a Hyatt across the street from the Courtyard Marriott room block. Towns we'd recommend to stay: Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg
Flight
Charles M. Schulz (STS) is a small airport 15 minutes away from the venue. While this is the closest airport, there won't be any direct flights from the east coast, and those traveling from there may find better options within the SF options. For those traveling from San Diego, there are direct flights on Alaska.
Flight
Sonoma County has a few surrounding airports to choose from: San Francisco (SFO), Sacrament (SMF) and Oakland (OAK). From those traveling from PHL, SFO will offer the most direct flight options. These airports will all be about an hour away from Santa Rosa (hotel room block).
Rental Car
For those flying into the San Francisco area airports, we recommend booking a car rental to enjoy and explore both Sonoma and Napa counties.
