What is the address of the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Lucky for you it is all at one spot! We will be tying the knot at Hamilton Farm Golf Club - 1040 Pottersville Road Gladstone, NJ.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is complimentary valet parking at our wedding venue if you plan to drive.

Question

I don't want to drive to the wedding. Are you providing transportation?

Answer

As long as you reserve a room through our room block, you will have day of transportation to and from our venue. The shuttle will depart for our venue at 3:20 PM. This will be the only shuttle over to the venue. At the end of the night, the shuttle will depart the venue at 10 PM and 10:40 PM. The shuttle cannot accommodate all guests back to the hotel at the end of the night in one trip, hence multiple trips. If you stay outside of our block, ride share is available in the area to get you to the venue, but not easily accessible at the end of the night. What is the weather like in New Jersey in September?

Answer

The average temperature is in the 60s - low 70s. It is known to be a month with more rain, but we're all going to cross our fingers for a beautiful sunny day!

Will the wedding take place inside or outside?

Answer

As long as there is not torrential rain or freezing temperatures, our ceremony will be outdoors followed by an indoor / outdoor cocktail hour. Our reception will be inside.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you come dressed to impress in cocktail attire. Please no shorts, sneakers, or jeans. Any colors or prints are welcome but let's leave white for the bride!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that your refrain from taking pictures or videos during our ceremony. After that please take all the pictures you would like!

How do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP online by visiting the RSVP tab. There is no option to respond by mail. Please refer to your invitation in the mail for your RSVP date.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests unless they have been indicated on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love to see your children laugh and play, our wedding will be an adult only day. We hope you understand and will still be able to join us.

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be something for me to eat?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP, there is a section to inform us of your dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate accordingly.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes, however it is not your traditional registry as we will in the process of moving several times right before our big day. Please see the registry tab for more information. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for!

I am traveling from out of state. What is the best way to get to New Jersey?

Answer

Please refer to the travel tab for details on preferred airports and distance from local hotels.

I am traveling from out of state. Should I rent a car?

Answer

Ride share is easily accessible at Newark Airport and in the area of our wedding venue to get around. On the day of the wedding, as long as you book at our room block, transportation is provided. However if you prefer to drive at your own leisure or are planning a longer stay out East, then maybe renting a car is for you!
