So this is Love

Every modern love story has a "meet-cute," a made-for-netflix, magical, charming first encounter that propels two souls instantly together. This is not that story... Like many modern couples, they met on a dating app. (Yes, they do actually work!) This particular dating app required the lady to make the first move after matching. Madison scrolled among the numerous handsome photos of Billy and his Siberian Husky and pondered, "What do I say?" She settled on the only choice she could think of. Nothing. She left this good-looking stranger on match. Billy waited eagerly for 24 hours for Madison to finally give him the opportunity to show her how charming he is. But that moment didn't come. Instead, he got a notification asking if he would like to pay $4.99 to extend the match for another 24 hours. Did he do it? You bet he did. Here he was waiting again! What did Madison do? Nothing. Again. The match made between Billy and Madison went into oblivion. Many other love stories would have withered away at this point. Luckily, not this one. If there is one thing to know about Billy, he never gives up on his dreams. Billy took destiny into his hands and found a way to contact Madison. Billy lead with an incredulous "How dare you?" She thought it was funny, although bold, but most of all she was secretly over the moon that Billy reached out. Even before their first date, Billy always knew what Madison needed. Their first date was on Saturday, March 26th, 2022, at 8 am. Billy invited Madison to coffee at Remi, which is a coffee shop inside a florist. It was beautiful-- swirling florals of greens, pinks, and white set up the perfect atmosphere. Despite Madison being late, they had a wonderful time chatting. They felt like they could talk to each other about anything. Billy may have been nervous and spoke the majority of the time- talking about his goals, his desires, his dream honeymoon, and his time as NYC's Most Undatable Man and how Madison should not google it after their date (she did.) Madison happily listened and chimed in about what she hoped her future looked like. Before they knew it, their coffee date had gone on for almost 3 hours! So, in one of the greatest displays of a green flag on a first date, Billy said "This has been so lovely, but I have to go to therapy!" Madison thought, "That is the sexiest thing he's said all day!" To end their date, Billy walked Madison to the corner where she worked and hugged her to say goodbye. He took a few steps, turned back, and asked "May I have another hug?" Madison replied, "Of course" and Billy gave her another hug and a peck on the cheek. They both went their separate ways. Billy went on to tell his therapist and his grandparents, that he thinks he met "the one." Madison told her friends and family how NYC's Most Undateable Man was actually really nice. One thing is for certain, they both wanted to see each other again. After their second date, Billy and Madison became inseparable. In the past few years, they have traveled all over the world- from scaling mountains and glaciers to shark diving in Hawaii. They have a cozy home completed by their dog, Scooter, and their three cats Charlie, Ophelia, and Gable. They've supported each other through busy times on set and through an eight-month strike. Most days, they like to enjoy a home-cooked meal cuddling on the couch and watching TV. Billy and Madison take extraordinary and everyday moments and make them magical for each other. Seriously, look at their social media! Even Nicholas Sparks would have a tough time keeping up with them! So, it was no surprise when Billy got down on one knee on September 30th, 2024. He popped the question inside Cinderella's Castle just as the fireworks went off, asking if Madison would make all his fairytale dreams come true. She, of course, said yes. All this is to say, Billy doesn't regret that $4.99. Now, they can't wait to celebrate their love, forever.
