There is no welcome party, but we can't wait to celebrate with everyone on Saturday at the wedding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Wedding Guests - Please fill out the card with your name(s) and mail back in the pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope provided! Rehearsal Dinner Guests - Please click on the “Rehearsal Dinner RSVP” tab and type in your name exactly as it appears on your RD invite!

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP date for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner is September 12th, 2024.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will not be any transportation to or from the venue. There are a handful of parking spaces at Lowndes Grove, however, we do strongly recommend using rideshare or carpooling if possible!

When do I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests please arrive no later 4:45pm for the 5pm ceremony! Guests who arrive after 4:55pm will be asked to wait outside the venue until the gates reopen after the ceremony.

Are my children welcomed at the wedding or rehearsal dinner?

Answer

This is an adult-only event. If you do choose to travel to Charleston with your kiddos, there are some excellent babysitting options under the "Things To Do" tab.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We prefer if you would refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow the professionals we've hired to capture our day, but we would love for you to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception and share them!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! Both events will be held at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside on a grass lawn, and the reception will be held under a tent, on a large patio just steps away.

What weather should we expect?

Answer

Mild to warm. Typically 65-75 degrees this time of year! Our venue has a handful of contingency plans in case of inclement weather, so be ready to celebrate rain or shine!
