There's no dress code for any of the Venues we have made arrangements with. However, in Vegas you can bet on hot and sunny weather. Don't forget your sunglasses and hats. For Wedding-related events, think semi-formal. And comfy footwear.

How do you book a room?

Answer

The easiest way is to use the website link on the Accommodations page. Include the group name Hartlett-Persan and the code VC3HPW5. Note: The website defaults to first day of arrival and defaults to one night; you will need to choose their check-in and check-out dates and click UPDATE. • Click on the website link on the Accommodations page • Click the edit button • Click the Check In – Check out Box • When the calendar pops up, click the first night to deselect the calendar • Click on your arrival date and then click on your departure date • Click update • Then choose the room type you want to book by either clicking book now, or the View Total Price and then book now
