Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Alcove by MadTree Brewing in Downtown/OTR. 1410 Vine Street, Cincinnati OH 45202 Please use the entrance off of E. 14th Street - there will be a sign above the door marked "ALCOVE: The Gathering Room/Loft" and there will be signage on the door for our wedding. This entrance is separate from the main entrance to the restaurant.

Can I bring a guest/date? How about kids?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night out!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open to guests at 5:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Will there be parking at The Alcove?

Answer

The Alcove is located in Over The Rhine - there are paid parking lots and garages around the venue. These lots/garages are typically pay per hour or nightly rates. There will be a 30 passenger shuttle bus that will take guests from the hotel (The Westin Cincinnati) to the venue to avoid having to find parking in OTR. The bus will be making 2 trips - at 4:45pm and 5:10pm. Please be at the valet area of The Westin on the Vine Street side entrance to get on the bus.
