Vietnamese Tea Ceremony

Lễ Thành Hôn A traditional Vietnamese ceremony held for the Groom to ask the Bride's family for her hand in marriage and celebrate the union of the two families whilst honoring the parents, family and ancestors.

Welcome Party and Mehendi

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Venue: Piano Bar

Attire: Resort Elegant (Chic Floral)

Enchanted Garden Mehendi also known as henna tattoo in the west is a traditional art of painting the hands and feet with a paste made from dried leaves of the henna plant. The core significance of applying mehendi is to utilize its natural medicinal herbal remedies, to cool the body and relieve the Bride of any strain before her big day. Hor d’oeuvres and refreshments to be served during the event.

Haldi

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Venue: Garden Gazebo

Attire: Yellow Ensemble

Golden Glow Haldi rasam is a pre wedding ceremony where the Bride and Groom are playfully slathered in a paste of turmeric, oil and milk. The ceremony signifies an auspicious start for the Bride and Groom to purify their heart and soul before entering into holy matrimony. Refreshments will be served during the event.

Baraat

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Venue: Beach area

Attire: Ethereal Ethnic (pastels)

Baraat - the Groom’s procession. The groom, decked in traditional Indian finery, is usually seated on a ceremonial horse as his guests lead the way, dancing. The baraatis are welcomed by the bride’s family at the venue’s entrance where the groom’s family and the bride’s family meet. The bride’s mother applies a tilak (ceremonial red dot) on the groom's forehead and performs an aarti to ward off any evil.

Hindu Wedding Rituals

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Venue: Beach Gazebo

Attire: Ethereal Ethnic (pastels)

Wedding Bells Saptapadi or saat phere is regarded to be the most important rite of a Hindu Wedding ceremony. The Bride and the Groom, hand-in-hand encircle the sacred fire seven times, each circle representing a matrimonial vow. Refreshments to be served during the event.

Sangeet and Dinner

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Venue: Ballroom

Attire: Glam up and Dazzle

Glitz Gala An evening filled with music and dancing to celebrate the union of the Bride and Groom with their family and friends.

Church Wedding

Venue: Mary Star of the Sea Church - Transportation will be provided

Attire: Tux and Elegant Lux

Vowed To Forever As we embark on our journey of lifetime, this ceremony will be performed in God’s presence asking Him to bless our holy matrimony.

To Happily Ever After Grab a drink while the sun sets by the beach and get ready to show off some moves. The night is about to get LIT!!!
