Lake Merritt
Lake Merritt is one of our favorite places in Oakland - and where we got engaged! Take a stroll around the lake or check out the nearby shops and restaurants on Lakeshore & Grand Avenue.
Landmark's Piedmont Theatre
Catch a movie at Piedmont Theatre and then head down to Fenton's Creamery for a late-night milkshake (benefit of a brunch wedding is that you'll have the whole evening to explore the East Bay). There are tons of other cute shops and restaurants on this street as well!
Redwood Regional Park
If a Sunday morning hike sounds like your thing check out Redwood Regional Park - we take the dogs on an off-leash hike here often & there are always lots of cute pups!
Shattuck Avenue
If you've never been to Berkeley we'd suggest checking out Shattuck Ave for lots of cool shops and good food.
