Do I get a plus one?

Answer

No. Only the people whose names are on your invitations are invited. Unless we explicitly told you otherwise, we cannot accommodate plus ones.

What is the dress code?

Answer

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We expect that it will be pleasant during the first week of November (meaning between 60-80 degrees). However, the reception is outdoors, so it will get chilly in the evening. Please be sure to bring a coat if you think you will get cold!

Yes, the reception will be outdoors.

What should we do between the end of the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We expect that the ceremony will end around 3pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm at Haywood Hall. During that time, guests may feel free to return to their hotel, slowly meander to Haywood Hall, or stop for a pre-cocktail hour drink at the many bars in downtown Raleigh.

Will there be transportation between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

No, guests will need to get their own transportation between the ceremony and the reception. But, the reception at Haywood Hall is a short, nine minute walk from Sacred Heart through the middle of downtown Raleigh!

How close are Sacred Heart Church and Haywood Hall?

Answer

Haywood Hall is less than half a mile from Sacred Heart! It is about a nine minute walk from the church or a very quick Uber ride.
