How Do I RSVP?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by 31.12.2025 and advise on any dietary requirements the caterers need to be aware of.

Are Children Invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adult-only wedding and we kindly ask to keep the celebration child-free. We hope you will be able to relax with no parental duty, just eat, dance, drink and shake your booty!

When Should I Book My Accomodation?

Answer

The Kingscote Barn can only facilitate guests for the night of the wedding. If you wish to stay the night of the wedding at the venue, please contact Jodie or Harry. Please note the Kingscote Barn can only facilitate 50 overnight guests, so there are limited rooms available. If you wish to stay in Gloucestershire the night before the wedding, you will have to book a hotel separate to the venue. We advise you book this asap due to limited availability close to the hotel. How Do I Book To Stay At The Kingscote Barn?

Please note you can only stay at The Kingscote Barn the night of the wedding and there is limited availability. There are different types of accommodation, such as pods, hotel rooms and shepherds huts. If you wish to stay, please contact Jodie or Harry who will be able to send you a link to book directly with the Kingscote Barn.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. Guests formally invited will be named on your invitation.

Gifts?

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day. However, if you wish to give a gift, we will gratefully accept a cash gift contribution towards our honeymoon.

What Time Should I Arrive?

We welcome you to the venue from 1:00pm for arrival drinks. Please make sure to be at the venue no later than 1:30pm, to ensure you are seated for the ceremony.

What Time Does The Venue Close?

Answer

Final call at the bar for drinks is 12:00 am. The venue officially closes at 1:00am. The DJ will play his final song at 12:30am.

What Is An Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony and ask for our guests to put away your phones, cameras, and other devices and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Please be assured you will have an opportunity to take photos during the signing of the certificate, however we kindly ask to allow the photographers and videographers to work their magic and share the photos with our guests after our special day. Thank you for your understanding.

I'm Staying at The Kingscote Barn, What Time Is Check In?

Check in to our on-site accommodation is between 2-5pm, therefore please arrive ready. For more details, please check your individual confirmation email. You will have plenty of time to check in to your room during cocktail hour.

What Is The Menu?

Answer

Canapes will be served from 3pm and dinner will be served from 5pm. We will also be serving pizza in the evening for those who fancy a late night snack. We have chosen an array of small plates to be served for dinner, to keep our wedding fun and relaxed. Because of this, we are unable to provide a full menu. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements you may have on your RSVP to ensure we can provide you with a suitable meal.

Please do not bring your own confetti, as the barn has particular requirements to preserve the barn and grounds.

By Car - If using a sat nav the postcode is GL8 8YE. Make sure to follow the signs to Kingscote Barn, rather than Kingscote, as this will lead you into the village. By Train - Our closest stations are: Cam & Dursley (7.7 miles away) – for Birmingham, Gloucester and Bristol Kemble (14 miles away)/ Stroud (8 miles away) – for London/Cheltenham
