Harry and Cassie met one Saturday at a local bar in Conshohocken, the town where they both live, called The Boathouse. It was an unusually warm day in January and Cassie had spent the morning with her friends wandering around Conshy doing a scavenger hunt. After it was over, Cassie and her friends stopped into the Boathouse for a beer. Ironically, several of her friends were also acquaintances of Harry. As he entered the bar and started saying "hi" to everyone, Cassie noticed that Harry had not said hi to her! Being the determined person she is (and the few beers she had already had), she marched over to Harry to share her resentment with him. The slightly rocky introduction was no issue for them. They immediately clicked and spent the entire rest of the evening by each other's side and it has been that way ever since.

Harry proposed to Cassie on a vacation in Clearwater Beach, Florida. He hired a private boat to take the couple around the island during sunset, and had cheese and champagne (Cassie's favorite) waiting for them while they cruised around. About an hour into the ride, Harry got on one knee and asked Cassie to marry him, at which her answer was of course, YES! It was a private, intimate, and romantic proposal that was perfect in every way. Harry and Cassie are so excited to share this next chapter in life with you.
