What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to dress their best! The dress code is formal attire in all black. Feel free to have fun and express your style within the all-black theme—chic, bold, classic, or edgy, make it yours! For Women: • Floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses • Dressy jumpsuits or evening suits (if appropriate) For Men: • Tuxedo (traditional formal) • Or black suit and tie (modern formal) (Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors)

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to Christ United Methodist Church between 1:45pm and 2:15pm to allow ample time for parking and seating. Please enter door 2 or 5 and continue down the hall to the sanctuary. The Ceremony will begin at 2:30pm.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras are put away prior to the start of the ceremony. There will be opportunities throughout the evening for pictures to be taken with the bride and groom!

To ensure we accommodate all guests comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. Parents, enjoy a night out without the kiddos! You’ll find the details about your party size on your official wedding invitation.

What do I do during the break?

Answer

With the ceremony ending around 3:00pm and light hors d’oeuvres and drinks beginning at 5pm, we have provided a list of bars and restaurants to have some appetizers and beers! This list can be found under the “Things to do” tab.
