How & When Do I RSVP?

Answer

The due date to RSVP is Friday, August 29th, 2025. Once you receive your invitation, please visit our website and click on “RSVP.” • Type the name(s) exactly as listed on your invitation envelope and click submit. • If your envelope says “and guest,” please type in your name AND your guest’s full first and last name. • If your invitation says “and family, Please use the “Add Guest” option to include each family member or child attending. • If your invitation does not say “and guest” or “and family,” only the individuals named on the envelope are invited. • Please make sure to RSVP only once to avoid duplicates.

What To Do If I Can't Attend?

If you can't make it to the wedding, click on RSVP on our website and click "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank- you!

What Time Should I Arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. sharp. Please arrive at 4:45 p.m. to allow yourself to find a seat.

Can I Take Pictures or Videos At The Wedding?

Our ceremony will be unplugged meaning we do not want phones out during our ceremony. Feel free to use your devices after the ceremony.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors. The Reception will be indoors. FYI: Our ceremony will take place on grass, keep this in mind when choosing your footwear!

Will There Be A Seating Chart? (ceremony and reception information)

Ceremony seating: The first couple of rows will be reserved for certain family members of the bride & groom, any remaining seating will be open to guests. Reception seating: There will be a seating chart sign outside near the patio that directs you where to sit. We will do our best in arranging tables so guests are sat with those they know.

Our venue does not allow smoking on the premises.

We have a hotel block at Springhill Suites in Newburgh, IN. Distance between the hotel and our venue is approx 4 minutes. Additional information including rates is under the "hotel info" page on our site. Deadline to reserve a room at this hotel is August 15th! Please click the link make a reservation.
