We have secured a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Ruckersville from October 2nd, 2026 through October 4th, 2026. Please click the link under the "travel" tab to reserve a room of your choice, with payment to be made directly to the Holiday Inn Express in Ruckersville by the guest upon arrival. Guests are also welcome to make alternative lodging arrangements, as several other accommodations are available nearby. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Holiday Inn Express, Ruckersville and Guildford Farm from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. We kindly note that only young guests whose names appear on the RSVP are included in the invitation. Please be advised that the reception may include mature or explicit content. While the specific guests of younger age are welcome at their parents’ discretion, the evening’s festivities are best suited for those 18 years of age and older.
