Where should I stay?

We've reserved a room block at the Residence Inn Williamsport. You can book your stay using the link on our travel page. If the Residence Inn reaches capacity, we recommend the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Williamsport, which is just a 3-minute walk away.

Our dress code is formal—we're envisioning long dresses or jumpsuits for women and suits with ties for men. We can't wait to see you looking your best!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We're only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we need to stay within our venue's capacity.

We're keeping our ceremony and reception as an adult-only celebration, unless your invitation indicates otherwise. We hope you understand and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is the wedding going to take place indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, mostly under a tent. The reception will take place indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle bus will transport guests from the Residence Inn to our wedding venue and back at the end of the evening. For the welcome party, we're happy to arrange rides as needed—simply reach out to us directly if you'd like assistance.
