Maid of Honor
We couldn’t seem to get along growing up, now we can’t seem to stay apart. Whether we’re laughing over questionable reality TV or solving the world’s (and our own) problems over brunch, there’s no one I’d rather share life with. She's inspired me as we've navigated adulthood and taken chances/risks that many people only think about doing, and she's one of the hardest working humans I know. She shows her love in big ways and small, and she always goes the distance to make sure everyone in her life feels heard, valued and appreciated. Makenzie is reliable, kind, endlessly helpful, and loves me (and her nephew) beyond measure. I know that I'm never alone in this life and that if my plans go sideways or day turns upside down, Mickey will be there. She always shows up, and I can’t imagine this day—or any day—without her by my side.
Matron of Honor
Jaimie is my big sister, though most people have a hard time believing it since she’s nearly always been smaller in size. But don’t be fooled—her heart, personality, and sense of humor are larger than life. She’s dependable to her core, always on time and true to her commitments. Jaimie is the artsy one in the family, never afraid to be fully herself or to say exactly how she feels. As the middle sister, I’ve always been a little more “wide-open,” and I spent a good portion of my childhood spying on Jaimie and her friends through the crack under her door—until she inevitably screamed for our parents to make me go away. Those memories are especially funny now, because it turns out our differences are what balance us as sisters and as parents navigating adulthood. She’s calm and thoughtful, I’m loud and excited, and when she, Makenzie, and I are together, we are truly home.
Bridesmaid
One of the greatest gifts of marrying Harrison is inheriting a family I adore—and getting SaraBeth as a sister. Growing up as the youngest with two brothers gave her a tough exterior, but don’t be fooled… underneath, she has the softest, kindest heart that I’ve had the joy of getting to know and love. I’ll never forget meeting her and wondering what she thought of my big, loud personality. With a little liquid courage and some bonding time, she let me know that while she wasn’t so sure about me at first, she had decided she liked me after all (and let me tell you, I was very relieved 😂).SaraBeth is everything you’d want in a sister-in-law: family means everything to her, she’s thoughtful and intentional, and her playful, competitive spirit makes her the perfect match for any game or sport (especially with Landon in the mix and her brothers safely out of it). I’m so excited to get to call her my sister and to get to look forward to having another built in bestie for the rest of my life.
Best Man
If you've ever met Landon, you'll know that he has an infectious personality and the ability to light up any room that he walks into! Landon's passion for life means that you'll rarely catch him lounging on the couch watching TV. If he's not playing sports or practicing his tricks at the skate park, you'll probably catch him running around the neighborhood with his friends from sunup to sundown. On our big day, I can't imagine having the support of anyone else as my best man.
Groomsman
My older brother, John Henry, has always been someone I've looked up to. From childhood memories to the milestones of adulthood, he's been a steady presence and a constant example of what it means to be both a brother and a friend. On my wedding day, I'm grateful to have him standing by my side.
Groomsman
Since first meeting Alec, it's been easy to see why my sister married him! He's a genuine, fun, and kindhearted guy that any family would be lucky to have. I'm grateful to have him as a part of our life, and excited to have him standing with me on such an important day.
