How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP under the "RSVP" tab on our website or you can text Paulyne at 405.740.5290 or Cho at 405.996.8873.

I can't find my reservation when I search my name.

Answer

Type in the name exactly as it appears on the envelope. Ex: If the envelope is addressed to Mr. and Mrs. John Doe, type in "John Doe". If the envelope is addressed to Mr. and Mrs. John (Will) Doe, type in "John (Will) Doe". You can also just type in your last name and a list of names with that last name will appear. Ex: If the envelope is addressed to The Doe Family or Mr. and Mrs. John Doe, type in "Doe" and a list of names will appear.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather permits, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a forest. It is heavily covered by trees and seats will be on a grassy area. Cocktail hour will be outside as well. Reception will be indoors, but guests may go in and out. This may change if the weather does not cooperate.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

For the month of September, high temperatures average between 80°-90°F. Low temperatures average between 60°-70°F.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code. Dress to impress! If you would like to be cohesive with the wedding, our colors are cream, tan, brown, and hints of green.

What heels should I wear?

Answer

Blocked heels would be best due to the ceremony and cocktail hour being outdoors. Guests will be walking/standing on grass for the ceremony and cocktail hour. If high heels such as stilettos or pumps are still your preference, heel protectors are sold on Amazon to protect your heels from sinking into the grass.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the location of the ceremony, it is recommended to come a little earlier than the ceremony start time. The ceremony will be in a forest. Transportation to and from the ceremony site will be provided via trailers, UTV, etc. Thus, guest will not have to walk to ceremony site from the parking lot or reception site. However, it may take some time get to your seat because of that.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

God has blessed us with everything we need. We are not asking for anything. However, if you would still like to contribute, we do have a newlywed fund and honeymoon fund set up on our website. You can contribute through the "registry" tab on the website or there will be a card drop off box at the wedding. Any gift will be appreciated and not wasted.

What do I do if the hotel links are not working?

Answer

The link for Homewood Suites only works if opened in Google Chrome. If that does not work, guests may call the hotel and let the staff know they are booking rooms under Nguyen-Hightower wedding to get the discounted rate.

How far are the hotels from the venue?

Answer

They are 15-20 minutes from the venue depending on traffic.

Question

What if I only want to book one night with the hotel?

Answer

Guests will receive the discounted rate no matter if they book one night or two nights.

Question

I accidently booked two nights with the hotel, but only want to book one night. What should I do?

Answer

If you call the hotel, they will fix it for you and give you a refund for the night you accidently booked.
