What Should I Wear?

Answer

Attire is cocktail or formal for the event. The bride and groom encourage everyone to dress however makes them most comfortable within the dress code. We do encourage comfortable shoes or having a change of shoes for the 10 min walk to the restaurant.

What time should I show up to the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage everyone to arrive roughly 10-15 minutes before ceremony start (3PM). Ceremony will be standing room with a couple of benches for those who may need to sit.

What if I arrive early?

Answer

If you arrive early and were not requested to be present at the Atrium ahead of the ceremony, we encourage you check out nearby restaurants/bars to grab a pre-ceremony beverage/snack as the Bride and Groom will be taking their photos and exchanging private vows pre-ceremony. Arch Street is only a block away from the ceremony location for a quick walk over closer to ceremony time.

How do I get into City Hall?

Answer

The entrance we will be utilizing is on the rear side of the building along Prospect Street.

Please silence and keep your phones away for the duration of our ceremony. We encourage everyone to be present in the moment and allow our wonderful photographer to capture memories.

What if there ends up being some downtime before dinner?

Answer

We've built in some extra time just in case anything goes long. If we're timely, this will allow people to stop at hotels quickly before dinner or head over to the bar at Max Downtown for a cocktail. We are working on having our tab open at the bar for all guests who arrive early.
