When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

If you know you would like to stay at this hotel, please book your room as soon as possible! We have a limited number of rooms reserved so if the block is full when you try to book, please contact us so we can reserve more rooms! However, it will be based on overall hotel availability, which can book up quickly. You won't be charged until you check in to the hotel, so reserving the room now guarantees you the best rate!

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors with the option to be outside on the decks throughout the night!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation to the venue from the hotel and back to the hotel after the reception. The after party will be at the hotel if you would like to continue the night with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We recommend everyone arrive at 4:45pm to make sure everyone is on time!
