When Should I Book My Hotel / How Long Should I Stay?
Answer
Feel free to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible (our discounted rate at The Drake applies from Friday November 14 - Sunday November 16). Please note if you are involved in the wedding ceremony (have a role in the mass or are a groomsman / bridesmaid) we will need you for the rehearsal ceremony at 6pm on Friday November 14. We are also hosting a Welcome Cocktail Party at 9pm on Friday November 14 - all wedding guests are welcome! Note: The cutoff date for guests to book rooms with our discounted rate is 10/12/25.

Please click the "RSVP" tab and type in your name. You will be able to select if you are attending or not, as well as pick your meal and disclose any dietary restrictions. Please RSVP no later than September 15, 2025. Thank you!

Where Should I Park?
Answer
If you chose to drive to our ceremony at Church of the Holy Family - there is a parking lot next to the church where you can park free of charge. If you are driving to The Drake but not staying overnight - there is a special event rate (mention our wedding!) of $34 that is valid on Saturday November 15th (have to exit by 2am) Overnight parking at The Drake is $75 for Full Valet and $54 if you choose to self-park in the Bloomingdales Building For Friday night at Luxbar - Valet parking is available kitty-corner at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse (1028 N. Rush Street)

Men - requested to wear a suit Women - invited to wear either a cocktail, midi, or floor length dress Note: No need to be this fancy for the Welcome Drinks on Friday - slacks, casual dresses or jumpsuits are perfectly fine Chicago weather in November is always a bit of a wildcard, but rest assured, none of our events are taking place outside

The Ceremony Ends at 4pm and the Cocktail Hour Starts at 6pm - What Should I Do In Between?
Answer
For guests who are not driving to the ceremony, feel free to take the shuttle back from our ceremony to The Drake (which will be around 4pm). The Drake is in the heart of downtown Chicago - so there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and there is even a historic 1930s cocktail bar (Coq d'Or) directly in The Drake hotel. There is an intersection of several bars / restaurants that are a 5 minute walk / 2 minute drive from The Drake (LUXBAR, The Bellevue, Tavern on Rush, Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse). Note: Groomsmen and bridesmaids will be taking pictures directly after the ceremony
