Rooms must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of reservation. **Deadline:** Reserve by 45 days before the wedding. Unreserved rooms will be released for general sales; additional rooms may be available based on hotel availability. **Rates & Deposit:** - Friday: 5 rooms available | Village View $399+ tax | Lake View $429+ tax - Saturday: 10 rooms available | Village View $399+ tax | Lake View $429+ tax A deposit for the first night plus tax is due at booking. Full balance is due at check-in. **Cancellation Policy:** Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of check-in (May 1–October 31) or within 3 days of check-in (November 1–March 31). Early departures are non-refundable. Payment must be in US funds.
