Hotel
We encourage our guests to stay at this hotel as it will be our "home base". It is the location of the Friday Welcome Poolside Affair, Welcome Dinner, and will be the pick-up/drop-off location for the shuttle buses to and from the ceremony & reception. We have a block of rooms reserved for $119-129 per night. To book, use the link below to get our group discount! The Courtyard is attached to a Residence Inn Marriott. It's one interconnected building with the traditional hotel rooms offered by Courtyard and the extended stay style rooms with a kitchenette offered by Residence Inn. Our room block is for the Courtyard Inn side of the hotel, but you have the option to book a room on the Residence Inn side as well. To exercise this option, you will need to call the hotel at (407) 856-9165 and then ask for Paul or Connie in the sales group. Paul or Connie can check availability and rates for the Residence Inn side and they will do their best to offer discounted rates.
Shuttle
March 20, 2021 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Two coach buses will be departing the hotel at 4:30pm to take guests to The Royal Crest Room (ceremony & reception location). We plan to have two return shuttle options: one after dinner and cake at 9pm and another at the end of the reception at 11pm.
